Shipping Costs

For an order starting from €200, no shipping costs will be charged. If an order does not meet these conditions, standard shipping costs will apply.

The shippingcosts (ex VAT) are:

-The Netherlands: € 7,25

-Belgium: € 9,95

-Germany: € 12,50

-France: € 12,50

-All other EU countries: € 35,-

 

Delivery

An order is typically delivered by DHL within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a track-and-trace code via email, indicating the delivery date and time.If a product is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified. The order will be automatically put on hold until it is complete and ready to be shipped.

 

Not received order

If a delivery cannot be made by DHL to the delivery address, it will be dropped off at the nearest DHL pickup point. The address of the respective pickup point can be found in the DHL track-and-trace email.

If the order is not collected from the DHL pickup point, it will be returned to our warehouse. If that’s the case we will resend the order without extra costs once more.

 

Returning products and refund

The purchase can be canceled up to 14 days after receipt. To do this, please send an email to info@midwifesupplies.eu including:

  • The request to terminate the sale
  • The relevant items you wish to return
  • Reason for returning
  • Order number

The returncosts are at our expense.  After receiving your e-mail, we will send you a DHL returnlabel.

After canceling the purchase, you have 14 days to return the product. Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and is in a saleable condition, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days to the bank account we have on record.
